Belladonna was born Michelle Anne Sinclair in Biloxi, Mississippi, and moved from place to place as a child thanks to her father's military career. She lived in such places as Germany, Idaho, Delaware, Central California and finally northern Utah. The eight Sinclair children were given a strict Mormon upbringing, but Belladonna lost interest in religion at an early age.
At 18, Belladonna started stripping at a club in Utah, but when an agent came and scouted a friend she was invited to join the adventure to Hollywood with them. She made her adult industry debut in the 2000 release Real Sex Magazine #31 and built a reputation for reliably filthy, energetic, lustful performances. With her prominent and unforgettable appearance in John Stagliano's 2002 masterpiece The Fashionistas, Belladonna won numerous major industry awards and cemented her place in the galaxy of adult film stars. In 2007, she was named the Dirtiest Girl in Porn at the FAME Awards - just one of many ongoing tributes to her seemingly boundless sexual energy. She's an outstanding performer who's always exciting to watch.
Belladonna has appeared in over 300 films and in addition to performing, she directs and produces for Evil Angel. Just as her performances bring her much recognition at awards time, she's also received many trophies as a director. Her company, Belladonna Entertainment, puts out some of the most outrageous porn in the market. This is only natural, coming from a performer who's known for taking on some of the most extreme sexual challenges. Belladonna has begun to branch out into the mainstream with appearances in the "PG Porn" series for SpikeTV.com and the Showtime reality series "Family Business." In July 2010 it was announced that she'll make her mainstream feature film debut in the horror thriller Stripped, from the producer of the 2003 remake of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
On April 11, 2004 in Las Vegas, Belladonna married fellow star Aiden Kelly, who works with her on everything behind the scenes. Their daughter, Myla, was born on January 11, 2005. Outside the industry, her interests include yoga, pilates, gardening, singing, aquariums, cooking, travel, and the outdoors.
